Tectonic is proud to announce the incorporation of Mobile LiDAR into their growing list of services and capabilities. With the addition of the SITECO-FARO Road-Scanner, they are able to offer high performance mobile mapping and are now the first company in the USA to adopt this SITECO technology.
This Mobile LiDAR scanner delivers high accuracy digital mapping of large infrastructure projects up to 2 million points per second and provides significant cost savings over conventional surveying. The technology is more accurate than other remote sensing methods and collects data rapidly while reducing acquisition time. Additionally, it minimizes traffic disruption and increases safety by limiting field staff exposure.
